  I really enjoy the strength classes at Powerhouse Gym! The instructors are approachable and throw down a lot of knowledge every session. I also think the location is great because it makes you feel like you're training as an athlete. Friday Night Lights makes me feel like the opposite of an athlete though

  I've been attending the gym for just on 4 years. Great staff and a friendly supportive feel to it, both class sessions and solo sessions. Small, never crowded. Has certainty helped me attain my masters hockey goals with a world cup win 3 weeks ago. Highly recommend it.

  Powerhouse Gym has been a blessing to me. I have had a lot of pain and a lot of frustration with my rehab and Powerhouse Gym has really helped me out. Brad and the team have been so helpful and encouraging. They have helped me get back on my feet, and I'm so grateful for them, they are a great team of coaches and trainers that are always willing to help you. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming. The equipment is always in good shape and the staff is always helpful and welcoming. Brad especially has been great to me and really helped me push through my rehab and get the results that i need. I've been to other gyms but none compare to Powerhouse Gym. They have provided a supportive and encouraging environment which has really helped me through my rehab. This gym is also super affordable and has a great location!

  Highly recommend Powerhouse's mums and bubs classes which are perfect for all mums out there who are looking for a gym which provides a supportive environment and challenging workouts that can be tailored to all fitness levels. They provide a great mix of cardio, strength and mobility and class sizes are small so feels like your own personal PT session at a fraction of the cost! joined Powerhouse 4 months ago (with my 4 month old baby) and have really enjoyed the workouts - with the help of the fantastic trainers, I have been able to reach my fitness goals, and now feel fitter and stronger than ever!

  I love doing the Masters class at this gym. The trainers are great and understand individual needs in strength training. My husband comes too and is stronger and fitter than he has ever been. Masters at Powerhouse gym has given us a new lease on life!
